Barcelona transfer news: Is Clement Lenglet the WORST signing video ever?
Barcelona signed the 23-year-old from their La Liga rivals for a fee of £32million and inserted a £265m release clause into his five-year contract.
But the transfer was announced in the bizarrest way possible.
The Catalan giants posted a short video on Twitter in which a talking ball discusses a new signing and team-mate for Lionel Messi.
Normally, a player would be seen wearing the club shirt and would come up with a slogan to signal their delight at signing.
However, Lenglet’s unveiling arguably is the worst ever!
Barca now have four centre-backs in their ranks with Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti and Thomas Vermaelen.
“I’m very happy. It’s a dream for all players,” Lenglet said after his switch to the Nou Camp.
“I’m very happy to be wearing the shirt.
“Like the club, I want to win trophies and grow as a player.
“It’s a dream for all players and now I can do it, so I’m really happy.
“I will try to give everything and work hard so the fans are happy.”
