Chelsea transfer news: Paulo Dybala emerges as candidate to replace Eden Hazard
Hazard has been linked with a £150m move to Real Madrid as they look to replace Cristiano Ronaldo.
And Juventus and Argentina star Dybala is among the runners to make a move to Stamford Bridge with the bookies.
Betfair have priced Dybala at 10/1 to join Chelsea this summer.
Anthony Martial is priced at 7/1 while Gonzalo Higuain is 4/6.
Chelsea have finally sacked Antonio Conte and are poised to appoint Maurizio Sarri as their new boss.
Sarri has already agreed a deal and is due in London today to finalise his contract.
Earlier this week Napoli’s president Aurelio De Laurentiis confirmed a deal was close.
De Laurentiis said: “Sarri is close to being new Chelsea manager. My lawyers are in talks with his lawyers to finalise everything.”
Chelsea’s first signing under Sarri is likely to be midfielder Jorginho who has chosen the Blues over Manchester City.
“These offers did not start from Chelsea, but from Manchester City. As a matter of fact, I will apologize to Khaldoon [Al Mubarak], because I found a deal with Khaldoon 15 days ago,” De Laurentiis said.
“He called me, we spoke on the phone and I said, ‘ok, I don’t agree with you on A, B, C’. ‘Let’s solve the situation the two of us’, he told me. And we did it, we solved it.
“However, if for personal reasons I won’t get into, the player prefers to live in London rather than in Manchester, I can understand him.
“If Chelsea pay him more, I can understand it too. So I can just apologize to Khaldoon.
“But it does not depend on me. If Jorginho moves to Chelsea, my agreement with Abramovich does not depend on Sarri becoming their next manager.”
Chelsea are also expected to complete the signing of Russia star Aleksandr Golovin as well as Italy defender Daniele Rugani.
