Fantasy Premier League tips: Position changes and reclassified players to watch out for
Fantasy Premier League managers around the world have started assembling their squads ahead of the new campaign with GW1 less than two weeks away.
FPL bosses may already have a good idea of who they are going to sign this season, with many gaffers staying faithful to players who have performed well for them in the past.
However, positional changes on the official Fantasy Premier League game may influence these decisions with nine players being reclassified for 2018/19.
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah avoided being labelled as a forward despite his mammoth goal haul last season, but Wilfried Zaha and Marko Arnautovic were not so lucky.
Both were classified as midfielders in 2017/18 but will now get a smaller return on their goals after moving up to the forward category.
However, a number of players have gone in the opposite direction with newly-assigned defenders Ashley Young and Fabian Delph among those now set to earn more points from their attacking contributions.
