Liverpool transfer news: Sadio Mane discusses potential Reds exit ahead of World Cup
The Senegalese forward is a fan favourite on Merseyside after a successful switch from Southampton in 2016.
Mane was fully expected to stay at Liverpool beyond the summer until shock reports emerged of Real Madrid taking an interest in the 26-year-old.
However, the club seem to have cooled talk of a move since Zinedine Zidane’s exit last month.
And Mane insists he is happy at Liverpool but refused to rule out a future departure.
“I am very happy in Liverpool and my contract will last for three more years,” Mane told Austrian newspaper Salzburger Nachrichten.
“As I said, I am happy in Liverpool.
“But you never know what will happen in the future.”
Mane is preparing for the World Cup this week with his Senegal team-mates.
The forward is undoubtedly the biggest star in Aliou Cisse’s side.
But Mane insists he is not feeling the pressure after his side’s arrival in Russia.
“I feel no pressure,” he added.
“To be honest. I am very happy to play this tournament together with my team.
“I also do not see myself as a superstar, but as part of a team that wants to achieve a lot in the World Cup.”
