Solskjaer rejects Bale transfer
Gareth Bale has been dealt a further snub after Manchester United reportedly ruled out a summer move.
Bale is free to leave Real Madrid this summer following Zinedine Zidane’s return to the Bernabeu.
A host of clubs across Europe have been sounded out about signing Bale, including United who have missed out on him twice in the past.
But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has opted against discussing a potential deal with Real Madrid, reports ESPN FC.
Likelihood: He’s not been the most impressive of late. Perhaps the time where this would make sense has now passed.
Liverpool set Lovren asking price
Liverpool will demand more than £25m for Dejan Lovren.
The Croatian is a target for AC Milan after falling to fourth choice at Anfield.
Joel Matip partnered Virgil van Dijk at the end of the season while Joe Gomez is now fit again.
That has alerted Milan but Liverpool won’t let him go on the cheap.
Likelihood: Matip and Gomez are probably correctly ahead of Lovren in the pecking order. Liverpool would happily take that money.
Spurs make Ndombele bid?
The Sun reports Tottenham have launched a club-record bid for Tanguy Ndombele.
The Lyon midfielder is a target for a host of clubs after some excellent displays in France.
It is claimed a £60m offer has been made by Spurs.
