Sanchez to miss Juventus clash
Jose Mourinho has confirmed Alexis Sanchez will miss Manchester United’s Champions League clash with Juventus.
“The players you saw are the ones who are available,” he said.
“Nothing to hide. Alexis is out.”
Sanchez has been tipped to leave Old Trafford in recent months after struggling to impress under Mourinho.
Mourinho on Ronaldo
Jose Mourinho says Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best players of all time.
“I thought Cristiano Ronaldo is in a level where he doesn’t need questions and answers,” he said.
“He’s one of the best players of all time and nobody can say differently.”
Mourinho managed Ronaldo during his time at Real Madrid.
Bonucci on United interest
Leonardo Bonucci has confirmed Manchester United tried to sign him in the summer.
When asked if there was interest from United in the summer transfer window, the Italian said: “Yes.”
However, Bonucci admitted once he knew Juve wanted to re-sign him, he was never going to join United.
He said: “No. I feel at home. Here I really do my best, I just push myself to the maximum and that’s something at Milan I really didn’t manage.
“I didn’t succeed to achieve and that was probably because in my heart I had already made the decision that I wanted to go back home.
