Juventus want Manchester United star Alexis Sanchez next season, with the English club also willing to allow the Chilean to leave.
Calciomercato reports that Alexis Sanchez is a target for Juventus, who view the Chilean as an ideal player in attack alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, a major stumbling block is reported to be the astronomical wages that the 30-year old attacker is on, which amounts to around £500,000 a week. Given that Juventus are already going to shell out £400,000 per week on Aaron Ramsey who is set to join on a free transfer next season, the Italian giants are not willing to float the entirety of Sanchez’s wage bill themselves.

Despite Manchester United being Juventus’ European rivals, the report states that he English club may have to contribute to a percentage of Sanchez’s wages should they hope to see him move at the end of the season.
Alexis Sanchez, on the other hand, reportedly wants to stay at Manchester United and prove himself. He has so far endured a torrid time with injuries, managerial changes and being in and out of the squad at the club but is hopeful of better fortunes next season.
